MUSG looking for students to share inspirational stories with Marquette community

Marquette University Student Government will host MU Speaks, an event intended to allow students of the Marquette community an opportunity to share how they are being the difference and living out Marquette’s pillars of excellence, faith, leadership and service.

Currently, MUSG is seeking students to participate in MU Speaks as student speakers. Interested students may have had meaningful experiences studying abroad, participating in service learning or attending a service trip. Whatever the inspiration, students who feel they have a significant story to share with the Marquette community are encouraged to participate.

Students interested in speaking should fill out a brief application form at bit.ly/MUSpeaks by Wednesday, Feb. 26. Speakers will be asked to prepare a presentation about their story and participate in a question and answer session with the audience.

MU Speaks will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 in the AMU Ballrooms.

Questions about participating in MU Speaks or the event in general should be directed to musg.programs@marquette.edu.
