Late Night and MUSG to celebrate Halloween with Monster Mash

MILWAUKEE (October 23, 2012) – Late Night Marquette and Marquette University Student Government are hosting Monster Mash, a Halloween extravaganza, this Saturday, October 27 at 9 p.m. in the AMU.

The entire AMU will be transformed in three floors of madness. On the first floor, have your future revealed before your eyes with tarot card reading or find the culprit in a murder mystery game. Relive your favorite Halloween memories on the second floor with pumpkin carving or painting, bingo, and other Halloween crafts.

Rachel Lev, a sophomore in the College of Health Sciences, said, “I plan on attending all of the Late Night activities! I love Halloween because of the feeling it gives me, everything just feels more magical around Halloween. It’s the one day of the year that everyone can be whatever they want without judgment from others.”

Tables of candy will be available in the huge candy bar on the second floor for attendees to enjoy. Additionally, the epic conclusion to the campus-wide Humans vs. Zombies game will take place at the Closing Ceremony on the second floor.

Move up to the third floor, if you dare, for the main event: the Monster Mash Dance. This awesome dance party will feature DJ Majic, full-scale lighting, and a photo booth. Get into the Halloween spirit, dress up, and have a ball at this sure-to-be graveyard smash event.

Tickets are required for the Monster Mash dance and can be picked up in the Center for Leadership, Service and Involvement located on the first floor of the AMU through October 27.
