MILWAUKEE (Feb. 4, 2012) – Marquette University Student Government will host a sledding and tubing excursion on Saturday, Feb. 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sunburst Ski Hill in Kewaskum, Wis.
Tickets for the excursion are currently available in the Brooks Lounge for $15. A Marquette ID is required to purchase tickets and Marquette Cash is accepted. Tickets include transportation to and from Sunburst Ski Hill, three hours of sledding and tubing on the mountain and a complimentary lunch. Lunch options include pizza or a hotdog and a drink.
Sunburst Ski Hill has a special tubing area with 12 different chutes riders can choose from. Each chute is 900 feet long with a ten-story drop, allowing riders to reach speeds up to 40 mph. There is also a lift for the inner tubes, making it easy for riders to climb the hill.
A limited number of tickets are available for this excursion, so get them while they last!
