First Father Pilarz Student Forum

MILWAUKEE – Oct. 24, 2011- MUSG presents the first Father Pilarz Forum, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. in the first floor lobby of the Alumni Memorial Union. The forum gives students the chance to ask President Scott Pilarz, S.J. questions about his goals and future plans for Marquette University.

President Pilarz welcomes students to not only voice their concerns and/ or questions regarding the University, but to also have an open conversation about solutions and changes that can be implemented to better all Marquette students’ experiences.

Marquette University Student Government President, Joseph Ciccone, stated, “The Father Pilarz Forum is a great opportunity for students to meet and discuss the state of the university with Father Pilarz, which does not happen at many universities.  With this being Father Pilarz’s first year on campus, as students, we have the opportunity to help decide what will be this University’s mission.”

Students should utilize this open forum to speak up and share the triumphs and struggles they have encountered at Marquette. These forums impact current students and students for many years to come. MUSG encourages students to take advantage of this unique opportunity.
